Refreshed and Restored

As the pace of life continues moving relentlessly fast, it is easy to find oneself depleted and empty. Everyone is always on the move. Forms of anxiety, stress, and anger are a constant battle for the majority of people. One thing that is clear is that the world needs to be "refreshed and restored."
