Shaken or Stirred

Mar 22, 2020    Pastor David Anglin    Psalms 78

It was December 31 that China first reported to the WHO (World Health Organization) that 41 people from the province of Wuhan were sick with a strange for of Pneumonia, traced to a Seafood Market. The next day, the Huanan Seafood Wholesale Market was closed and by January 11 the first death was reported from the virus now known as COVID-11.

As of March 19, over 145,000 of the global cases of COVID-11 are still active and ongoing. There have been 85,000 people who have recovered and 10,000 deaths have been reported globally.

Just 8-9 days ago, half a world away in the Tri-Cities Region, we moved from concerned to a crisis. Shelves of toilet paper emptied and supermarkets began to run out of many food items in the land of abundance.

Now over the last 5 days, we have been trying to figure out what it means to "Do Life" with "Social Distancing" as the new normal.

Will we be shaken during these times or will we be stirred as God does a fresh work in our lives?
